Craniosacral, Somatic & Energy Healing Journey

The Craniosacral, Somatic & Energy Healing Journey is where women begin with body based work.

▪️This TWO hour two part experience is supported by two professionals (myself an established energy healer, counsellor and somatic energy practitioner and Hannah Beard Osteopath and Craniosacral Practitioner)

This journey helps the body to just stop and rest and involves working with the physical holding of patterns through the brain, spine, breath and muscular tone.

For many, this two part journey will be enough. Women will feel calmer and physically different in themselves.

But what can sometimes happen after a journey like this is more subtle and very important.

▪️Once the body starts to relax and the constant internal noise reduces, women begin to notice things they couldn’t feel before such as emotional patterns or behavioural patterns that have been playing out in the background.
